Order Allocation
The computer automatically scans all customer orders and creates picking tickets
for any order that can be shipped based on your current on hand inventory. Very
flexible program permits you to specify order completion dates, specific styles, customer
priorities, etc.
Modify Allocation
After an automatic allocation, this program permits you to rapidly make specific
adjustments to the way the computer allocated the goods.
Manual Pick Tickets
Locate and display any order on the screen and create a picking ticket on
demand. You can specify specific styles, coordinate groupings, or let the computer
pick any style with available stock.
Print Pick Tickets
Print Picking Ticket documents for the shipping department. System includes
various print formats with and without shipping labels, you choose.
Open Pick Tickets
A report showing all or only selected picking tickets not yet shipped.
Shipping Labels
Very flexible program to print several different styles of shipping labels and
UPS COD tags.
Invoice & Back Order
Create a customer invoice. Very fast data entry. Options include one keystroke to
invoice complete order or picking ticket, or you can change anything on the order prior to
creating the invoice including style substitutions and price changes. Updates,
inventory, sales commissions, accounts receivable automatically.
Print Invoices
Print invoices to send to the customer and/or factor. Several preprinted forms to
choose from or we can customize a print format for you.
Shipping Log Report
A detail report of all styles shipped for a specified date range. Can be
sorted by style-color or customer.
Void Invoice
Voids any invoice, restores inventory, and rebuilds the customer order if
necessary.
Direct Invoice
Create an invoice without entering a customer order first.
