Why should I pay for a support plan?
Anyone who has been involved with computer systems for even a short while is aware that changes in technology are occurring more rapidly now than ever before.  At AIMS, we have continued to keep pace with the latest advances in both hardware and software to provide our customers with a state-of-the-art software package, and an ever growing list of features needed in the apparel industry today. Our total commitment to customer satisfaction for over a decade has made us one of the leading business systems for the apparel industry.

This document contains important information about customer support and training that is available from AIMS.  We sincerely hope that this information will help you make effective use of these services, and enable you to get the most out of your investment.

Software Updates on the Internet
If you're reading this document on our WEB site you probably already know that all customers on the maintenance plan can download unlimited software updates at no additional charge by visiting our internet site at www.aimstsi.com.

Telephone/ FAX Support
You may call or FAX our office at any time during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific time.  It is our goal to return all telephone calls within four hours.  Depending on call volume, calls received before noon are usually returned the same day, while calls received after noon may be returned the next day.  Emergency calls will be given priority.

Online Support
In order to participate in online support, you must have a modern or Internet connection and the current version of PCAnywhere® , a communications program published by Symantec available at software retailers.   The modem and software enable AIMS's technical support personnel to connect directly to your computer. Once connected, our technician can frequently diagnose and correct problems.

Customer Education & Training
We believe that customer training and education is the key to getting the most out of your software investment.  For your convenience we offer private training seminars tailored to meet the specific needs of your company at our corporate training center or your location.  Please contact our office for class schedules, rates, and availability.
