Major Improvements

1. All reports can be printed to PDF and emailed directly from AIMS.
2. Many of the screens have been redesigned and allow multiple windows to be opened.
3. Bulk invoicing option – you can now create a bulk invoice from multiple stand alone invoices.
4. EDI 753 now available

Installation Instructions

Download and install AIMS to either your local or network drive. The default location for installation is a new home directory of C:\AIMS. If you want this installed on your server you can change the default install location during the install process. Do not install this into the same folder location as any prior version of AIMS.

New Version of FoxPro Required!
If this is the first time you are installing AIMS version 3, you must download and install the new FoxPro Runtime on all workstations that will be running this version of AIMS. Installing this version of FoxPro will not interfere with older versions.

New Profile
If this is the first time you installing AIMS version 3, please send an email to Support@aimstsi.com to request that a profile be sent to activate AIMS version 3.

If you are converting from a prior version of AIMS:
After AIMS has been initialized, you will have to run the conversion utility to import the data from your old AIMS version to this one. The conversion utility is located on the Utility/Administrative Functions menu. If you have more than one company you will have to run the conversion for each company individually, make sure you select the appropriate Data folder for the company you are logged into. You cannot run the conversion if there are any other users on either AIMS system!
