Customer Master Files
Add or change information in the customer master file. Locate any customer by account number,
name, DBA, or phone number.  Then display a popup window of:

  1. All orders on file including details with style, color, size, price, etc.
  2. A complete A/R history showing every invoice, payment, credit and current balance,
  3. A detailed display of every invoice including style, color, size, prices, back order, etc.
  4. A Rolodex of names, titles and phones numbers,
  5. A free form word processing notepad,
  6. Every ship-to location,
  7. An annual financial history by month showing totals booked, shipped, returned, charges, allowances, payments and current profit or loss.

Customer Master List
Several report formats listing all the customers in your system.  The report can be sorted by
account number, customer name, state, zip code, or salesrep territory.

Mailing Labels
From the customer file, of course! Sort by zip code or company name.

Who Bought What
Report lists each customer and every style they have purchased for a specified time period.  The report includes the price paid by the customer and the gross margin profit for each style.

Extension & Cancellation Letters
If you know are likely to miss a shipping completion date for a certain style or group of styles due to late deliveries from contractors or other reasons, this program can automatically find every effected order and print a letter (that you type in) to the customer notifying them of the delay, before they cancel their order!

SKU Cross Reference
Major department stores often assign their own SKU number to your merchandise.  This program allows you to maintain a cross reference file of customer assigned SKU numbers to your style numbers.  The customer's SKU codes will automatically print on orders, picking tickets and invoices.

Financial History
AIMS maintains a complete financial history summary file by month and year for each customer.  The file includes totals for dollars booked, shipped and returned each month as well as all payments and allowances.  You can print a detailed report with monthly and year-to-date totals or a summary report with just annual totals for each customer.  Also, this information can be viewed by authorized operators on demand directly from the customer service screen.
