Allocated Cutting Tickets
If you want to cross reference specific customer orders to a cutting ticket. use the special allocated cutting ticket program. The program begins with a popup window of customer orders by delivery date from which you select the orders you want to cut. Press the button at any time for a quick, on screen calculation showing all the materials required to cut the selected orders and your current inventory on hand. Continue to add or delete orders to the cut until you are satisfied, and then AIMS automatically creates the cutting ticket with a permanent cross reference to each order.

Cutting Ticket Updates
Locate and display current information for any cutting ticket in the system. Locate by cut number or style number. Modify or cancel a cutting ticket. Automatically adjusts fabric inventory as you make the changes.

Print Cutting Tickets
Print cutting ticket documents to be sent to contractors or your factory. Includes the bill of materials showing fabrics and yardage issued.

Transfer to Stock
Final receipt for finished inventory by style, color and size on cutting tickets. Automatically transfers work in process to stock.

Cutting Ticket Reports
Various reports by style, color and size showing units issued, received and damaged for all or selected cut tickets. Reports are available in many formats in both summary and detail.

Production Tracking
Lets you track the work in process on any cut ticket as the goods move from one contractor to another, even if the contractor is working on more than one cut. Each contractor has his own completion date and the system tracks units issued, completed, damaged, and the balance due by contractor. Print contracts and contractor statements.

Garment Dye
A complete sub-system for garment dye. Automatically manages inventory for undyed and dyed stock based on requirements to fill customer orders. The system does all of the following:

  1. Create dyelot batches allocated and cross referenced to specific customer orders,
  2. Allocate extra blank garments to dyelots to allow for damages and reorder inventory,
  3. Assign dyelots to contractors,
  4. Print dyelot job orders for dye house,
  5. Track receipts and damages received from contractors,
  6. Create picking tickets from completed dyelots.

Garment Assembly
Similar to garment dye, this is a complete mini-system for companies that modify a blank garment with appliqués such as embroidery, screens, sew-ons, etc. The system manages blank garment inventories through assembly to finished goods. Works great for shirt screeners, belt makers, and appliqués.
